These are unsettling times and COVID-19 is clearing impacting our personal and professional lives, and those that we love.
We have than decided to extend our refund policy up to 4 months instead of the last one.
We know it's not much, but if you are one of those really impacted by the current situation and at the same time - because of these difficult times - you have forgotten about our service, we have your back!

  • Refund policy for credit card purchases on JaSendIt will provide a refund only for the last month, only if the user didn’t use the service, to the original credit card used for purchase.
